We are partnering with a client to recruit a Human Data Manager at an entry level for a full-time remote position. The key focus of this role is to oversee and maintain high-quality datasets crucial for training and evaluating AI models, ensuring that annotated data remains precise and pertinent. The successful candidate will contribute to refining data processing workflows and enhancing annotation methods utilized in machine learning projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine and verify human-labeled datasets to guarantee their accuracy and uniformity for use in AI training.
- Detect and correct inconsistencies in annotations by cross-verifying with original sources and guidelines.
- Work jointly with diverse teams to update annotation protocols and raise data quality benchmarks.
- Track and communicate data labeling performance metrics to observe progression and detect patterns.
- Support documentation of procedures and upkeep of records related to data provenance, labeling instructions, and quality assurance checks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience in data annotation, labeling, or quality control is advantageous.
- Competence in fundamental data validation methods and meticulousness in reviewing datasets.
- Capability to adhere to detailed procedures and maintain data consistency.
- Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning principles, particularly the significance of quality training data.
