Data Science Coach

Position Overview

We are seeking a Data Science Coach based in Hazratganj, Lucknow, to provide expert training and guidance in analytics and data science. This role involves instructing learners on managing the analytics project lifecycle, applying statistical concepts, coding, modeling, and complex problem solving with tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and machine learning techniques.

Qualifications Required

• 1 to 3 years of practical experience in analytics, data science, and machine learning using Excel, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, etc., focused on solving business challenges.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent fields; other backgrounds will be considered if the overall profile is strong.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, machine learning and deep learning techniques.
• Prior experience in teaching or training within EdTech environments is a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Train learners in data extraction, cleansing, modeling, and generating insights to support business outcomes using various analytical tools.
• Provide guidance and support to students for their Data Science projects.
• Deliver comprehensive training covering statistical and coding tools for end-to-end problem solving.
• Participate in grading, assessments, mock interviews, and coordinate with program managers and career services to prepare learners for the industry.
• Conduct interview preparation sessions to help learners succeed in job interviews and facilitate placement support activities.
• Lead pilot projects by applying statistical and modeling techniques to tackle real-world data science challenges for clients.
• Work alongside Program Managers to identify areas for program enhancement and improve learner satisfaction.
• Collaborate with content developers for course updates and creation.
• Allocate approximately 50% of working hours to direct training and the remaining time to assessment assistance and solving practical business problems.

Additional Information

Budget for this position is up to 8.5 LPA. The role is full-time and location-based at Hazratganj, Lucknow.
