Role Overview

The position titled "Owner" is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur responsible for the comprehensive management of the online exam portal. This includes strategic oversight, development of services, liaising with coaching centers and educational collaborators, business expansion, staff supervision, platform reliability, customer satisfaction tracking, financial planning and budgeting, marketing initiatives, product enhancement driven by user input, regulatory compliance, and fostering an ethical and cooperative workplace environment.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities with sound decision-making and team management skills for effective operational oversight.
• Competence in business growth, sales, and client engagement to cultivate and maintain partnerships with coaching institutions.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, educational technology, and government examination procedures.
• Skills in financial oversight, budget planning, and resource management to maintain operational sustainability and efficiency.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities, adept at professional interaction with varied stakeholders.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Education, or related discipline; higher qualifications are considered advantageous.
• Experience within education, coaching, or edtech sectors is highly desirable.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Jaipur and effectively manage a dynamic and changing work environment.
