Key Responsibilities
- Create robust backend infrastructure that supports comprehensive data lifecycle management and governance processes.
- Develop and maintain foundational frameworks and tools to facilitate secure data handling and uphold compliance with regulatory standards throughout the company.
- Build automated systems for continuous monitoring, risk identification, and ensuring operational stability in real time.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum three years of software engineering experience with strong computer science fundamentals; experience with Java is advantageous.
- Proficient in system architecture and concepts related to distributed systems.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive ownership mindset.
- Knowledge of privacy compliance regulations is considered a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation package is tailored to reflect labor market conditions across different U.S. regions with an annual salary range between $100,000 and $300,000 depending on skills, experience, qualifications, competencies, and geographical location.
