Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Tallysis in San Francisco, CA. This full-time onsite position involves working with extensive datasets to uncover valuable business insights, designing insightful dashboards, and collaborating with teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine large volumes of data to detect meaningful patterns and insights.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports tailored for various stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators and relevant metrics.
• Develop and sustain data pipelines ensuring efficient data flow and integrity.
• Effectively communicate analysis results to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of two years’ experience in data analytics roles.
• Strong command of SQL and Python programming languages.
• Proficiency with business intelligence software such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills including presentation expertise.

Additional Desired Skills

• Familiarity with transformation frameworks like dbt.
• Understanding of statistical modeling concepts.
• Experience working within a consulting environment.
