Customer Service Representative

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role involves engaging with customers across multiple activity zones including POS, rides, video games, soft play areas, and bowling lanes, ensuring high service standards and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service across various activity zones such as POS, gaming areas, rides, bowling, and soft play sections.
• Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain service standards at all times.
• Manage cashier operations and maintain stock records efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the store premises.
• Demonstrate proper personal grooming and exhibit courteous behavior toward every guest.
• Handle customer interactions effectively on the floor, POS, rides, and play areas without generating complaints.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all operational SOPs.
• Act as a brand ambassador, fostering a safe and hassle-free environment for customers.

Educational Requirements

Educational qualification preferably includes completion of 10th grade; candidates with PUC/HSC or any graduate degree are encouraged to apply.
