Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Process refunds and returns meticulously, following company-established protocols and completing necessary documentation with precision.
• Offer helpful guidance to customers regarding refunds, exchanges, inquiries, and directions with a friendly demeanor.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales tax exemptions in line with company rules.
• Coordinate the handling of damaged merchandise by forwarding items to Claims for processing and verifying returned goods against refund authorizations before restocking.
• Ensure items are scanned correctly when returned to the sales floor, supporting the integrity of pricing and inventory records.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business demands and provide consistent customer service.

Challenges Associated with This Role

• Managing a high volume of tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting, especially during overnight shifts, while maintaining energy and focus.
• Handling physically demanding tasks such as standing for prolonged periods, bending, and lifting merchandise, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Performing repetitive duties including stocking, zoning, and organizing products with diligence and attention to detail to maintain store standards.

Additional Information

The starting hourly wage for this position begins at $16.50.
