About the Role
This position sits within Davy’s Customer Service function and is focused on delivering responsive, professional support to clients. The role involves handling service-related queries, building strong customer relationships, and supporting internal processes that help improve the client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial contact point for customers raising service-related questions.
- Develop and maintain positive, effective relationships with clients.
- Handle enquiries efficiently and in a professional manner.
- Represent Davy’s services and brand in a positive way.
- Research client interests and help increase awareness of available products and services.
- Collect, verify, and log accurate client information.
- Work with internal teams to investigate and resolve customer queries.
- Support the client onboarding process.
- Contribute to projects and process enhancement initiatives when required.
- Follow all risk, compliance, policy, and procedure requirements linked to the role.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should bring a business-focused educational background, prior customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, organised approach to work.
Candidate Profile
- A third-level qualification in a business-related subject.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service position.
- Strong communication skills with a clear customer-first mindset.
- Persuasive, energetic, and outgoing, with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- Capable of working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
- Highly organised, methodical, and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Flexible team player who can adapt well to changing priorities.
