About the Role

Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Company Limited is seeking motivated individuals to join as Customer Relations Officers at their Kankurgachi office in Kolkata. This position is open to both freshers and experienced professionals, with educational qualifications ranging from high school completion to graduation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and sustain positive relationships with current customers.
• Provide assistance to clients concerning policy inquiries and various service requests.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments to facilitate seamless customer service operations.
• Assist with client onboarding procedures and related documentation tasks.
• Focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and fostering client retention.
