What you will do

  • Collect user feedback, document recurring issues, and share patterns with the product team.
  • Support the onboarding process for new institutional clients and users so they can get started confidently on the platform.
  • Track support performance indicators such as response speed, satisfaction, and resolution rates, and highlight any emerging trends.
  • Assist with user surveys and interviews that help improve the customer experience.
