Customer Care Executive

Overview

The Muthoot Group is seeking female candidates for the position of Customer Care Executive. This role is focused on customer interaction and sales-related activities primarily through telephonic communication.

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting tele-calling and making customer calls to promote services.
• Acquiring new KYC documentation from customers.
• Promoting and selling OFP products.
• Facilitating gold loan services.

• Being target-driven and oriented towards achieving goals.
• Strong selling and persuasive capabilities.

Compensation

The monthly salary will range from INR 10,000 to 23,750.
