Intrex seeks a versatile, organized, and personable individual eager to build a career intersecting technology, customer experience, and business operations. Positioned in Reston, Virginia, this full-time role primarily operates onsite with a salary range between $52,000 and $65,000 annually.

Intrex designs innovative technology aimed at assisting senior-living communities in enhancing resident protection, caregiver support, and operational efficiency. Its flagship Rythmos platform integrates nurse call systems, fall detection, wander management, location tracking, connected devices, and operational analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and distributors by providing answers and ensuring complete resolution of their inquiries.
• Collect information and systematically troubleshoot technical and operational issues.
• Work alongside sales teams by conducting research, preparing presentations and proposals, and aiding in customer meeting preparations.
• Leverage AI tools to conduct research and develop effective materials, while independently verifying their accuracy.
• Develop product guides, training content, checklists, and maintain internal documentation.
• Assist in the preparation, organization, configuration, and validation of equipment for customer installations.
• Perform testing on connected devices and software features, documenting outcomes clearly.
• Identify process inefficiencies and contribute toward designing improved workflows.
• Participate in special projects spanning customer success, implementation, product development, and operations.

Compensation & Equal Opportunity

The salary range for this position is set between $52,000 and $65,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated skills, directly relevant experience, and the scope of responsibilities the selected applicant takes on. Formal performance and compensation evaluations occur at six and twelve months.
