Job Description

The Custodian I role involves cleaning and upkeep of public spaces such as hallways, lobbies, stairways, and locker rooms.

• Maintain assigned areas by picking up and removing trash and debris.
• Handle property cleanup, including bio-chemical material safely.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and supplies.
• Carry out other management-assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (or 21 depending on the property).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred minimum of one year of cleaning experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods during a shift.
• Capability to push, pull, and lift weights up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required certifications or licenses.
