Cross-Sell Executive - Banking Voice Process

About the Role

We are looking for motivated candidates to join as Cross-Sell Executives in a voice-based banking process located at Reliable Tech Park, Airoli, Navi Mumbai. This position involves both inbound and outbound call handling to support banking customers while promoting relevant products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls to address customer inquiries and issues.
• Deliver exceptional customer care aimed at maximizing satisfaction levels.
• Spot opportunities to cross-sell and upsell banking products and services effectively.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants with 0 to 5 years of experience in BPOs or call center environments are welcomed, including freshers.
• Excellent verbal communication skills geared towards voice process handling.
• Capability in managing inbound/outbound calling, telesales, and customer support functions.
• Minimum education required: Higher Secondary Certificate (12th pass).

Compensation Details

• Freshers can expect an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 per month.
• Experienced candidates can earn up to ₹24,000 CTC monthly.
