Core responsibilities

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging promising creators across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and YouTube before others do. After building a connection, you’ll guide each creator through onboarding, including store setup, product uploads, payout coordination, and support through their first sales.

You’ll also maintain an organized outreach and conversion pipeline using a CRM or a disciplined spreadsheet system, while working toward monthly goals tied to new creator sign-ups and activated creators.

Requirements

The company is seeking someone with a BSc or HND in a relevant field and 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or account management. Strong relationship-building ability is essential, along with a persuasive but non-pushy approach.

Applicants should already understand Nigeria’s creator economy, including its major niches, personalities, and culture. Comfort using a CRM or a highly structured spreadsheet process is important. Prior experience as a creator is a plus, as it may help in anticipating creators’ needs more effectively.
