Role Overview

We invite you to join FedEx’s dedicated courier team as a Courier C1, working 45 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The position involves representing FedEx professionally while handling package pick-up and delivery across various designated routes in England, ensuring timely and accurate service. The hourly pay rate is £15.01, with additional premium compensation for hours worked between 7 pm - 10 pm and 10 pm - 6 am.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the face of FedEx by courteously collecting and delivering customer packages.
• Operate company vehicles safely and legally on assigned routes, ensuring on-time delivery and proper handling.
• Adhere strictly to FedEx’s health and safety protocols along with company policies and procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Dependable team member with a proactive attitude.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused communicator.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation.
• Possession of a valid driving license corresponding to the assigned vehicle type; driving license held for over 2 years is advantageous.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying driving conditions.
• Prior commercial driving experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Basic geographical awareness relevant to assigned delivery areas.
