Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Couriers to join our team. This role entails representing FedEx in a courteous manner while responsibly handling pickup and delivery of packages. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break, totaling 45 hours per week. The annual remuneration for this position is £35,123.40.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the face of FedEx to customers by courteously collecting and delivering packages.
• Operate FedEx vehicles on pre-defined routes across varied postal areas, ensuring punctual and accurate package delivery.
• Maintain safe and lawful vehicle operation at all times.
• Comply with all company policies including health and safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Reliability and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Energetic, motivated, and customer-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills paired with attention to detail for accurate paperwork completion.
• Possession of a valid driving license applicable to the assigned vehicle type; holding the license for at least 2 years is advantageous.
• Ability to adapt to varying driving conditions and external environments.
• Experience in commercial driving is beneficial.
• Basic understanding of geographic locations relevant to delivery routes.
