About the Role

V3 Automatives Pvt Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Counter Sales Executive to join their team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role involves driving sales by engaging with customers and recommending appropriate Hyundai vehicles based on their preferences.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and convert leads into sales.
• Understand and assess customer needs to suggest relevant Hyundai vehicle models.
• Organize and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives for potential buyers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with finance and insurance teams to facilitate smooth vehicle delivery processes.
• For team leaders: Provide guidance, mentorship, and motivation to the sales team to meet business objectives.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month along with attractive benefits.
