Corporate IT Manager

Position Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Corporate IT Manager with extensive expertise in Information Technology leadership, encompassing IT Infrastructure, Information Security, Digital Transformation, and IT Governance. This role involves steering enterprise-wide technology projects, guaranteeing secure and dependable IT operations, and aligning technology strategies with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement the organization's IT strategic plans to support business goals.
• Lead and oversee the IT department and cross-functional technology teams.
• Develop IT roadmaps, establish budgets, and plan technology investments.
• Provide executive leadership with guidance on emerging technologies and innovations.
• Implement IT governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Manage enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization, cloud platforms, networks, and data centers ensuring high availability and performance.
• Drive infrastructure upgrades and cloud migration strategies.
• Oversee disaster recovery, backup protocols, and business continuity planning.
• Balance infrastructure cost optimization with service quality.
• Create and execute enterprise-level information security strategies and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and frameworks.
• Coordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, security audits, and handle incident responses.
• Oversee Security Operations, Identity and Access Management, and endpoint security.
• Foster security awareness within the organization.
• Champion digital transformation efforts across various departments, including automation, AI, cloud adoption, and process improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology opportunities and measure the impact of digital initiatives.
• Maintain stable IT operations and service availability through ITIL-based service management.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, improve incident, problem, change, and asset management processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and outsourced IT services effectively.
• Supervise enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HRMS ensuring integration and data integrity.
• Ensure software licensing compliance and lifecycle management.
• Ensure adherence to standards like ISO 27001, NCA ECC, NIST, CIS Controls, conducting risk assessments and supporting audits.
• Lead large-scale IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Maintain and negotiate vendor contracts and IT budgets while evaluating ROI.
• Lead and mentor IT team members, conduct performance reviews, and encourage a collaborative high-performance culture.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in management or leadership positions.
• Expertise in Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Cloud Computing (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), Network Architecture, Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Proficient in Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 administration, Storage, Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity planning.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge including operations, firewall management (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco), SIEM, endpoint security, Identity & Access Management, Zero Trust Architecture.
• Experience in IT Governance, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), Project and Vendor Management, Budgeting.
