Corporate Development Manager

Overview

Silverwing Investment Ltd is looking for a talented Corporate Development Manager to establish and expand an acquisitions platform, concentrating on logistics and supply chain firms in Singapore and Southeast Asia. This role is hands-on and involves building systems, sourcing acquisition opportunities, and supporting transactions, collaborating closely with the founder on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee an AI-enabled engine for sourcing and screening acquisition targets.
• Research and evaluate potential acquisition candidates throughout Singapore and the Southeast Asian region.
• Forge and maintain relationships with business owners and intermediaries.
• Handle management of the acquisition customer relationship management (CRM) system and deal pipeline.
• Assist in due diligence processes, financial assessments, and transactional executions.
• Integrate AI, automation, and workflow solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
• Collaborate directly with the company's Principal on acquisitions, strategic initiatives, and executive tasks.
• Contribute to designing operational frameworks supporting the growing acquisitions platform.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of five years’ experience in relevant fields such as corporate development, investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, management consulting, or related commercial roles.
• Strong analytical skills and proven research capabilities.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI and automation technologies to optimize business workflows.
• Familiarity with CRM and project management software platforms.
• Excellent command of written English and sound commercial judgment.
• Ability to operate autonomously within a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
• Must have valid Singapore work authorization; Employment Pass sponsorship will not be provided.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package includes a base salary combined with performance-based incentives linked to key performance indicators such as acquiring pipeline development, engagement with business owners, transaction execution, and overall business impact. A substantial part of the remuneration will be contingent on performance and successful delivery.

Additional Details

• Position is full-time and based in Singapore, requiring part-time onsite presence.
• Regional travel across Southeast Asia, including Jakarta, may be necessary.
