Role Overview

The Coordinator IT Support is charged with overseeing a comprehensive inventory system for the company’s hardware assets, ensuring all records and asset allocations are meticulously updated. The role also requires collaboration with suppliers and vendors to manage asset distribution and compliance with vendor agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee the allocation and distribution of hardware assets.
• Keep detailed records of all hardware and license information.
• Perform configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks on hardware, ensuring adherence to IT protocols before assigning them to vendors.
• Utilize remote access tools effectively to address technical issues.
• Engage and coordinate with suppliers and telecom providers regarding asset procurement.

Essential Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for managing records.
• Excellent organizational capabilities to manage assets efficiently.
• Strong command of English in both written and oral communication.
• Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within teams.
