Position Overview

Immediate start at the Jugendherberge Heringsdorf. The contract is permanent and full-time with a variable annual working time totaling 2080 hours per year.

Candidate Profile

Completed vocational training in gastronomy, such as a cook
Professional experience is preferred
Experienced in community catering and special dietary needs
Knowledgeable in inventory management and cost control

This role follows a variable annual working hour model suitable for seasonal operations, ensuring year-round employment combined with seasonally adjusted working hours. About Us

The DJH Landesverband Mecklenburg-Vorpommern e. V. operates 12 youth hostels situated in scenic locations including seaside, natural areas, and lakes. We are a nonprofit youth welfare organization serving youth groups, school classes, and families. Our focus is offering a diverse educational and leisure program for young guests.
