Lawyers on Demand, part of Consilio, is hiring a Contract Medical Records Analyst to support a prominent healthcare provider. This long-term contract position offers remote work starting in August with an hourly pay rate of $18. The role is ideal for individuals who prioritize accuracy, confidentiality, and detailed data handling within healthcare litigation contexts.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and manage essential documentation required for legal cases
• Maintain the accuracy and organization of electronic medical records, digital files, and insurance documentation

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in working with databases and digital tools such as Careport, Availity, and Adobe applications
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance and privacy standards
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Capacity to manage sensitive personal and health information professionally and discreetly
• Self-motivated with adaptability to learn new technologies quickly
• Prior experience supporting healthcare litigation and managing electronic medical records is highly desirable
