This role as Continuous Improvement Manager is a chance to architect the operational framework that will empower Better Eggs’ sustained growth and excellence. Unlike typical Lean roles, this position involves designing leadership routines, learning pathways, and scalable operational systems that facilitate consistent and capable performance across farms, grading, feedmill, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the construction and ongoing enhancement of the Better Eggs operating system.
• Develop actionable leadership routines, Daily Management Systems, and performance frameworks to drive success.
• Create standardized operating procedures and knowledge bases to ensure safety, consistency, and efficiency.
• Coach leaders and teams on problem-solving and continuous improvement techniques.
• Design training programs including onboarding and capability development pathways.
• Take charge of initiatives that improve performance, operational consistency, and support scalability.

Required Experience and Skills

• Background in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean, or business systems within manufacturing, food production, agriculture, or similar sectors.
• Experience designing and developing management systems beyond project delivery.
• Strong expertise in creating business processes, SOPs, and operational standards.
• Proficient facilitation and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Capability to distill complex processes into practical, implementable solutions.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Desirable experience in coaching leaders or fostering organizational capability growth.
