About the Role

Within the delivery directorate, you will take the lead on logistics, constructability, and construction planning for multifaceted infrastructure projects. Working in close collaboration, you will address challenges proactively, create safe and practical proposals, and effectively communicate solutions to key stakeholders. Your oversight will include reviewing designs and tender submissions to confirm compliance, operational efficiency, and seamless coordination among structures, geotechnical elements, and major project interfaces.
Key Responsibilities

- Implement and maintain strong quality assurance systems while managing delivery from initial briefing through construction phases.
- Assist senior leadership with planning, procurement, and Project Management Office (PMO) functions.
- Coordinate multiple work packages ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Oversee budget management, risk analysis, and fulfillment of compliance requirements.
- Lead design consultants and project teams to meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Promote innovation and incorporate best practices utilizing Mace's knowledge base.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing major metro or complex infrastructure projects, demonstrating strong technical expertise and project management skills.
- Holds a degree with additional certification in system integration or assurance.
- Demonstrated excellence in communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Commercially astute, experienced in cost control and sustainable project considerations.
