Compliance Officer

Overview

The Quality Assurance Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing quality assurance operations within the insurance sector. This position ensures that all business procedures adhere strictly to company policies, government regulations, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the Quality Assurance team.
• Create, apply, and sustain policies, procedures, and auditing practices related to quality assurance.
• Perform audits on customer engagements, policy management, underwriting, claims processing, and other related operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal company policies, applicable insurance laws, and industry regulations.
• Evaluate audit findings to detect patterns, potential risks, and opportunities for operational enhancements.

Experience and Skills

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in the insurance sector is required.
• In-depth understanding of insurance products and operational workflows.
• Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance principles and audit methodologies.
• Familiarity with insurance laws, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrable leadership skills with experience in team management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication talents alongside coaching proficiency.
• Advanced abilities in reporting and presentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and the Microsoft Office suite.
