PaieNova develops essential yet understated infrastructure by integrating payroll, accounting, and declarations services tailored for SMEs in West and Central Africa. Starting from Benin, the platform targets the 17 OHADA member countries. Their multi-tenant SaaS platform is operational, featuring a payroll engine compliant with Beninese law, automatic SYSCOHADA accounting entries, social and tax declarations, FEC and DGI exports, and an AI Concierge that references regulatory sources.
Role Overview
As Community Manager, you will represent the brand's voice daily through content creation, managing social media channels, and community engagement. Collaborating closely with the founder and team, you will develop and maintain an editorial calendar focusing on platforms relevant to SMEs and the accounting ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Create clear, well-researched content about payroll, compliance, and SME management, aligned with the brand's honest and straightforward tone.
- Explain social and fiscal deadlines in a simplified manner for business leaders and managers.
- Animate and engage the community while highlighting authentic product evidence without exaggeration.
- Design simple, consistent visuals that adhere to brand guidelines.
- Cover PaieNova's attendance at professional events and share job openings to promote the employer brand.
- Monitor the tech and SME ecosystem in West and Central Africa, coordinating with product and compliance teams.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in community management or content creation, preferably in B2B or tech sectors.
- Impeccable French writing skills with alignment to PaieNova's honest communication style.
- Comfortable navigating professional social media channels and common visual creation tools.
- Interest in payroll, compliance, and SME management topics.
- Autonomous, consistent, and motivated to commit long-term to a small team environment.
