Role Overview
The Commis Chef plays a vital role in maintaining high health and safety standards and personal hygiene within the kitchen team. This position involves preparing and delivering creative, high-quality dishes that exceed guest expectations. Effective communication within the kitchen team is essential, including the ability to take constructive feedback professionally and efficiently execute orders.
The role requires composure under pressure when multitasking various orders simultaneously. The Commis Chef must perform essential food preparation and kitchen organization duties, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the kitchen and enhancing guest satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Prior experience in food and beverage or restaurant operational roles.
