Role Overview

The Co-Founder will be based in Bhopal, working full-time on-site, collaborating with fellow founding members to shape and implement the company’s vision, strategic goals, and daily operations. Key responsibilities include managing business growth, steering marketing and sales efforts, supporting research on products and markets, and establishing strong partnerships with healthcare professionals. The position requires overseeing budgets and resources, aiding regulatory compliance, developing efficient cross-functional processes, and playing a vital role in recruitment, mentoring, and external representation at industry gatherings.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong analytical aptitude to interpret data, evaluate market prospects, and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication capabilities for collaborating internally, engaging stakeholders, and representing the company publicly.
• Proven sales expertise covering lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.
• Marketing proficiency to craft and execute brand awareness and business growth strategies.
• Research experience to assess market demand, navigate regulatory environments, and support development.
• Experience in pharma or healthcare sectors is highly advantageous.
• Leadership skills with demonstrated ability to drive projects from ideas to implementation.
• Preferred educational background includes Bachelor's or Master's degrees in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related areas.
