Clinical Support Specialist

Overview

As a Senior Clinical Specialist within our Sales team, you will actively contribute to business growth across the German-speaking DACH region by serving as the main liaison for German-speaking clients, assisting them from initial interactions through to effective daily product usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales development and support customer expansion within the German-speaking market.
• Facilitate customer onboarding, implementation processes, deliver training sessions, and provide ongoing assistance.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers to promote successful product utilization.
• Offer frontline technical support and collaborate with specialized support teams as needed.
• Coordinate and participate in customer workshops, user meetings, and relevant industry events.
• Operate remotely within Germany while traveling regularly to client locations and occasionally abroad.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of three years’ experience in roles such as customer success, application support, or technical support within healthcare or medical technology sectors.
• Fluent German language skills; professional level English proficiency preferred.
• Robust technical aptitude with the capability to clearly communicate complex information.
• Strong abilities in delivering presentations and conducting training.
• Self-driven, organized, customer-centric, and focused on providing effective solutions.
