Role Overview

We seek a Clinical Research Specialist (CRS) to join our expanding team. This multi-faceted position suits individuals who appreciate variety, possess excellent organizational skills, and wish to support clinical trials from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Support operational teams by completing designated tasks in line with project plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Organize, maintain, and ensure the quality control of the Trial Master File (TMF) for projects.
• Assist in arranging and participating in project meetings, as well as preparing and distributing meeting minutes.
• Contribute to Ethics and Regulatory Submissions processes by tracking submissions and approvals.
• Prepare essential study documentation, manage distribution, tracking, and filing of documents.
• Facilitate assignment and monitoring of project-related training activities.
• Maintain current knowledge of regulations, ICH guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant education, training, and experience.
• Capable of gathering and conveying feedback to assure deliverable quality.
• Knowledge of and compliance with relevant regulations, ICH/GCP guidelines, and SOPs.
• Proficiency with computers and strong oral and written communication skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal and organizational abilities for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Eagerness to independently explore complex concepts such as therapeutic areas and regulatory standards affecting task quality.
• Capability to cross-check multiple data sources to identify inconsistencies and escalate issues appropriately.
• Manage multiple tasks with accuracy and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, enabling professional communication.
