Role Overview

This contractor position is for a client-facing Client Services Manager who will act as the main contact for aesthetics clients across the UAE and the UK. The role centres on keeping marketing work moving smoothly, coordinating delivery across teams, and making sure client expectations are met.

The job is heavily focused on delivery and relationship management, making it a good fit for someone who is highly organised, communicates clearly, and can solve problems quickly. You will coordinate with internal teams such as content, design, SEO, and PPC to keep campaigns on schedule and aligned with client goals.

This is a remote contract role with a working schedule of 40 hours per week. Applicants must be located in Dubai or elsewhere in the UAE and be able to invoice as independent contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients and build trusted long-term working relationships.
• Understand client objectives, priorities, and expectations, then translate them into clear delivery plans.
• Create and manage project timelines, coordinate tasks, and help ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
• Keep clients informed with regular updates, reports, and progress insights throughout each project.
• Spot potential issues early, take action to resolve them, and escalate concerns when needed.
• Work closely with internal teams across design, content, and marketing to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
• Look for ways to improve internal processes, enhance the client experience, and strengthen service delivery.
• Liaise confidently with creative, content, and marketing teams to drive work forward.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in client services, front-of-house, account management, or project management.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or within the medical aesthetics industry.
• Strong project management ability, including handling several priorities at once and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
• A practical, analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
• A genuine commitment to delivering a strong client experience.
• Ability to work independently, stay organised, and manage tasks remotely without close supervision.
• Preferred: 2 years in a marketing agency environment.
• Preferred: Experience in medical aesthetics.
• Preferred: Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot and ClickUp.
• Must have the right to work in the UAE, with no sponsorship provided.
• Must be available to work full-time for 40 hours per week.
• Must be able to invoice as a freelance or self-employed contractor.

Compensation and Contract Terms

The contractor rate is AED 9,000 to AED 13,500 per month, based on experience and capability. This role does not include benefits.

Employment is on a freelance/self-employed contractor basis.

This position requires full-time availability of 40 hours per week.
