Role Impact and Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales objectives along with consignment targets.
• Leverage comprehensive knowledge of products during sales to enhance transaction volume and value.
• Comply strictly with all corporate policies.
• Accurately collect and record customer details into the company database.
• Promote store events through direct communication channels such as emails, calls, and personalized notes.
• Build and maintain an extensive client portfolio.
• Ensure timely follow-up on all client-related concerns, including shipping and alterations.
• Contribute to maintaining store cleanliness and the brand’s visual standards.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory management when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum three years' experience in retail sales, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly adapt to various software applications.
• A client book is highly advantageous.
• Strong passion for luxury products and design aesthetics.
• Customer-service oriented with a demonstrated ability to focus on client needs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business demands.
• Knowledge of foreign languages is beneficial but not mandatory.
