Role Overview

The Cleaning Staff will be employed full-time on-site in Riyadh, responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all bakery areas including production zones, storage spaces, customer areas, and restrooms. Daily duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, disposing of waste, cleaning equipment surfaces, and ensuring hygiene standards aligned with food safety guidelines. Additional tasks involve window and glass cleaning, spot treatment of carpets or rugs, and assisting with scheduled deep cleaning exercises as directed by management. Team collaboration to uphold cleanliness standards during operating hours and adherence to established cleaning protocols is essential.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experienced in commercial cleaning with a background in food service or retail environments.
• Competent in window and glass polishing to maintain pristine customer-facing areas.
• Skilled in housekeeping duties including sweeping, mopping and surface sanitation.
• Basic knowledge of carpet and rug maintenance including spot cleaning.
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards or willingness to learn bakery-specific protocols.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift and perform repetitive cleaning tasks for entire shifts.
• Dependable with a keen eye for detail, capable of following instructions and checklists independently.
• Effective communicator in English; previous bakery, café, or hospitality experience is advantageous.
