Role Overview
The Cleaning Specialist is a full-time position located in London, featuring a hybrid work model including some tasks that can be completed from home such as scheduling, reporting, and communication. Daily duties focus on conducting thorough commercial and residential cleaning, incorporating specialized tasks like carpet and window cleaning onsite at clients’ locations. Responsibilities also include preparing cleaning tools and products, adhering to health, safety, and hygiene protocols, and ensuring all cleaned areas are tidy and well-presented.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver commercial and residential cleaning services, including specialized carpet and window cleaning.
- Prepare, use, and maintain cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively.
- Comply with established hygiene and safety regulations related to cleaning operations.
- Document completed work accurately and maintain communication with renovation and maintenance teams.
- Engage professionally with clients to clarify and fulfill their cleaning expectations.
- Travel within London to various client sites as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in commercial and house cleaning with the ability to follow detailed checklists.
- Experience in residential and small business property cleaning, including window cleaning.
- Proficient in carpet cleaning techniques, including stain removal using proper equipment and products.
- Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene measures with safe chemical handling.
- Strong time management skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
