Job Responsibilities

• Perform move-in and move-out cleanings for residential rental properties.
• Conduct comprehensive turnover cleaning in unoccupied apartments and homes.
• Provide periodic housekeeping services in occupied residences as needed.
• Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, and shared surfaces.
• Execute detailed cleaning tasks including baseboards, interior cabinetry, and inside appliances.
• Utilize a mobile work application to receive tasks, follow instructions, navigate with GPS, upload photos, and update job progress in real-time.
• Inspect cleaning work upon completion to ensure it meets company standards.
• Report any property damage, maintenance issues, or areas that cannot be adequately cleaned.
• Commute between cleaning assignments using your personal vehicle.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of compensated professional cleaning experience.
• Comfortable performing both move-in/move-out and regular housekeeping tasks.
• Possession of a reliable personal vehicle to reach various appointment locations while transporting cleaning supplies.
• Ownership of all necessary cleaning tools and supplies for residential property services.
• Own a smartphone capable of running mobile work software, with GPS functionality, camera for clear photos, and ability to submit updates.
• Able to clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, appliances, and other detailed areas independently.
• Basic English proficiency in reading and communication.
• Dependable, punctual, and accustomed to GPS-verified arrival times.
