Civil Site Engineer

Job Overview

We are actively looking for a skilled Civil Site Engineer with over 2 years of hands-on experience to manage daily construction processes at our project location in Thondebhavi. This role demands a candidate with thorough technical expertise, outstanding coordination abilities, and a commitment to upholding quality, safety, and deadlines.

Key Duties

• Oversee and direct daily construction and site work activities.
• Ensure all operations align strictly with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Monitor and enforce quality measures and safety regulations on site.
• Liaise effectively with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to maintain smooth workflow.
• Generate detailed daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports documenting site developments.
• Authenticate quantities, measurements, and contractor invoicing accurately.
• Efficiently manage manpower, construction materials, and machinery on site.
• Address and resolve any technical challenges arising during construction.
• Maintain comprehensive site documentation and quality assurance records.
• Ensure project milestones are met within scheduled timeframes.

Candidate Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering is required.
• At least 2 years of practical experience working as a Civil Site Engineer.
• Strong familiarity with construction techniques, quality assurance, and site management.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Microsoft Office tools, and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving competencies.
• Willingness to be based full-time at the Thondebhavi project site.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in residential or commercial building projects is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), billing processes, and project estimation.
• Understanding of construction safety standards and regulatory requirements.
