Position Overview

This role is offered on behalf of a partner organization seeking a Child Support Business Process Coordinator located in the United States. The position supports essential public service programs by enhancing business processes, operational workflows, and stakeholder experiences within child support systems. Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma.
At least one year of experience supporting Federal Child Support programs.
Experience in stakeholder engagement and training within Federal Child Support contexts.
Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Office products, AI tools, and training or engagement platforms.
Understanding of business operations, process improvement methodologies, and workflow optimization.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate productively with government teams and internal stakeholders.
Preferred experience in creating visual communications, documentation, or training content.
Knowledge of continuous process improvement methods is advantageous.
