With multiple operating facilities and ambitious plans for growth through acquisitions and organic avenues, the company seeks a proven leader to optimize operational performance and drive consistent outcomes organization-wide.

Role Responsibilities

The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for establishing key performance indicators and metrics that enable strategic decision-making. This leadership role requires oversight of engineering departments alongside dynamic multi-site production teams. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience fostering process improvements within product design, engineering, and manufacturing environments, ensuring operational excellence across multiple locations.

Required Experience & Expertise

Candidates should have a strong background in operations management within middle-market manufacturing, including procurement and product development processes. Previous experience in large corporate settings, particularly involving the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, or related process improvement methodologies, is highly valued. Demonstrating success in building operational processes and best practices in mid-sized organizations is essential. The COO needs to be an energetic, hands-on leader who motivates teams and champions change effectively.
