About the Company and Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall global profit and loss (P&L), focusing on driving revenue growth, enhancing cost efficiency, and boosting profitability.
• Lead and mentor regional business leaders, fostering accountability and rigorous execution standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies tailored for multiple international markets.
• Accelerate regional expansion by leveraging local regulatory conditions and commercial opportunities.
• Optimize performance across a variety of product offerings including trading, payments, wealth, and institutional services.
• Create and maintain KPI frameworks to promote data-driven decision-making processes.
• Collaborate across functions such as Product, Technology, and Compliance to support scalable growth initiatives.
• Identify emerging revenue opportunities and strategize for long-term growth.
• Promote operational excellence consistently across all operational markets.

Candidate Profile

• Seasoned senior executive with a successful history of owning global P&L responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling complex, high-growth businesses across diverse geographical markets.
• Deep insight into international regulatory environments and commercial landscapes.
• Preferred experience in the cryptocurrency, fintech, or related digital sectors.
• Combination of strategic vision and practical operational skills, coupled with a strong commercial acumen.
• Data-oriented decision-maker with a focus on high execution standards.
• Ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders across different regions and departments.
• Proficient in English language communication.
