Chief Financial Officer

Overview

Our client is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to steer the finance division and contribute strategically to the organization's financial growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Treasury, and Financial Reporting functions.
• Direct budgeting processes, forecasting efforts, cash flow management, and overall financial planning.
• Formulate financial strategies aligned with business objectives to drive company growth.
• Compile and deliver financial presentations to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team to meet organizational goals.
• Ensure all financial operations comply with established company policies and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CPA and/or advanced degrees like MBA are highly desirable.
• Extensive finance leadership experience totaling over 10 years.
• Proficient understanding of Corporate Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and Treasury practices.
• Strong leadership capabilities combined with effective planning, communication, and decision-making skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary ranging between $370,000 and $400,000.
