Salt Creek Capital is currently looking to hire an experienced operating executive to serve as an Executive Partner. This leadership role involves evaluating acquisition prospects, then overseeing the acquired companies as President and CEO.

Role and Responsibilities

As the CEO of a company acquired by Salt Creek Capital, you will hold the highest executive position within the company and be a member of the board of directors. The core responsibilities include full profit and loss accountability, formulating growth strategies, and directing day-to-day business operations to drive business success.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles, with proven record of successful P&L management or holding President/General Manager positions.
• Strong commitment to partnership with the firm balancing fiduciary duties across varied stakeholders.
• Established capability to run a business focusing on generating robust free cash flow and EBITDA.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to assume high-level responsibility aligned with corresponding rewards.
• Comprehensive management skills across all company functions.
• Track record of enhancing profitability through active business development initiatives.
• Outstanding professional references and demonstrated high ethical standards.
