CCTV Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and diligent CCTV Camera Engineer to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate comprehensive technical expertise in CCTV systems, including IP and analog cameras, DVRs, NVRs, access control devices, and video door phones. The role demands independent working capability coupled with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Install, maintain, and service various CCTV systems and related equipment.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of IP Cameras and Analog Cameras as well as DVR and NVR technologies.
• Implement and troubleshoot video surveillance, access control systems, and video door phone installations.
• Utilize networking fundamentals involving TCP/IP protocols, routers, switches, and wireless (Wi-Fi) connectivity.
• Conduct efficient problem diagnosis and resolution to technical issues related to security systems.
• Perform cable testing procedures and adhere strictly to electrical safety guidelines.

Additional Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of two to five years of practical experience in installing and maintaining CCTV hardware.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
• Capable of working autonomously while also contributing cooperatively within a team environment.
