CCTV Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technician experienced in installation, upkeep, and repair of CCTV, access control, public address (PA), and fire alarm systems to join our team in Ahmedabad. This full-time position is located at Iscon cross road and requires a candidate with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair CCTV, access control, PA, and fire alarm systems ensuring optimal operation.
• Identify and troubleshoot system issues for CCTV, access control, PA, and fire alarm equipment.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on all related security systems to prevent malfunctions.
• Collaborate with clients to guarantee proper functioning and installation of their security systems.
• Set up and configure accompanying hardware and software integral to these systems.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all servicing and repairs performed on these systems.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to the sales team regarding product installations.
• Exhibit professionalism and deliver excellent customer service in all interactions.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience working with CCTV, access control, PA, and fire alarm devices.
• Completion of ITI, Diploma, or certification in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong understanding of the technical aspects of CCTV, access control, PA, and fire alarm systems including hardware and software components.
• Familiarity with IP-based security systems is considered an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and travel as needed.
• Possession of a valid driver's license along with personal transportation.
