At Law Edges, delivering excellent client experiences hinges on clear communication, responsibility, and consistent progress. We are seeking a seasoned Case Manager who is accountable, communicates proactively, and drives case progress while providing superior client service.

Role Details

The Case Manager will collaborate closely with attorneys, clients, and medical professionals to facilitate case advancement, keep thorough records, and ensure that each client is well-informed during their case process.

Primary Responsibilities

Handle assigned Plaintiff Personal Injury and/or Mass Tort cases effectively.
Maintain frequent communication with clients, delivering prompt and clear updates.
Request and organize medical records along with all supporting documentation, following up as necessary.
Coordinate interactions with legal counsel, healthcare providers, insurers, and other involved parties.
Keep meticulous case notes and documentation up-to-date and accurate.
Manage and organize cases to ensure ongoing and efficient progress.

Candidate Qualifications

Minimum of two years' experience managing Plaintiff Personal Injury and/or Mass Tort cases.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Excellent organizational capabilities and outstanding attention to detail.
Capability to handle multiple active cases simultaneously.
Familiarity with legal case management software preferred.
Demonstrates a proactive, empathetic, and client-centric style.

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time employment status.
Remote work environment, available to candidates located in the United States or Canada.
Annual salary between $45,000 and $60,000, dependent on experience.
