Role Overview

As a Caretaker at Bunbury, you will be key in maintaining park operations and guest satisfaction. Your duties span from front office administrative tasks to physical upkeep of park grounds and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service and support to guests.
• Manage front office administrative functions efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and care of garden areas and park grounds.
• Perform upkeep and minor repairs across all assets and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and brand requirements.
• Carry out daily park operations, including after-hours and on-call duties.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in groundskeeping and property maintenance.
• Proficiency in basic computer use.
• Competent in the safe operation of groundskeeping machinery and equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with pool maintenance is a plus.
• Positive demeanor and eagerness to contribute.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, evenings, and handle after-hours call outs.
• Possession of a current driver's license is mandatory.

Additional Information and Requirements

• Candidates will be required to consent to a Federal Police Clearance prior to hiring.
• A valid Working with Children Check specific to the state is mandatory.
• The role involves physical tasks such as lifting up to 20kg, kneeling, squatting, and handling chemicals and machinery.
