- Maintaining and renewing the railway network.
- Undertaking maintenance, rebuilding, and repair work on track installations, such as replacing rails, switches, sleepers, and track beds, in collaboration with your team.

- Working predominantly outdoors on different construction sites, often during nighttime.
- Supporting teams at other locations when necessary.
- Engaging in continuous professional development through internal qualification programs and ongoing training.
Candidate Profile
- You should hold a school diploma and possess several years of professional experience, ideally as a helper in a technical-industrial field or within construction.
- You must be comfortable with night, weekend, and holiday shifts, and enjoy working outdoors.
- Physically demanding work suits you, and you are a cooperative team player.
- You are eager to learn and adapt quickly to new work environments.
- A valid Class B driving license is necessary, enabling you to travel to construction sites using the company vehicle.

Benefits
- Enjoy 16 free rail journeys annually across Germany and additional travel discounts, including the DB Job-Ticket for your daily commute. Family and friends also benefit from reduced fares.
- Access exclusive savings on a variety of products and services such as mobile contracts, insurance, hotel stays, fashion, and lifestyle through DB employee deals.
- Secure a long-term future with a permanent position within a forward-looking corporation.
