Job Role and Career Path

The position begins as a Car Detailer Trainee progressing to Levels 1 and 2 Detailer. The first month involves fully paid training that covers detailing techniques, equipment handling, product application, and customer service excellence. Upon completion, trainees advance to Level 1, with further progression to Level 2 and leadership roles available based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing exterior and interior cleaning, polishing, and detailing to meet SWASH's quality standards.
• Transporting client vehicles for the VIP concierge service, requiring a valid driving license.
• Providing exceptional at-home vehicle care, eliminating the need for clients to visit workshops.
• Maintaining all detailing equipment and products according to prescribed protocols.
• Establishing strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
• Opportunity to earn incentives based on performance above daily targets.

Compensation Structure

• During training (Month 1): full base salary plus per-car incentives from the outset; daily payment option available.
• Level 1: Fixed salary of Rs. 25,000 plus Rs. 500 incentive per car beyond daily target.
• Level 2: Salary ranging from Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 40,000 plus Rs. 750 incentive per vehicle above target.
• Potential monthly earnings range between Rs. 30,000 and Rs. 45,000.
