Capacity Building Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Capacity Building Associate to drive the recruitment and onboarding of last-mile delivery partners supporting our operations. This full-time onsite role is based in Sangareddy, Telangana, and focuses on recruiting blue-collar workers to strengthen our last-mile delivery network.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the comprehensive process of sourcing, hiring, and onboarding delivery partners within the last-mile workforce.
• Collaborate closely with ground operations and hub teams to ensure seamless daily delivery fulfillment.
• Plan and execute focused local and wider state hiring campaigns to meet recruitment goals.
• Track recruitment performance metrics including hiring volumes, driver retention, and implement improvements to hiring processes.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

• Demonstrated experience in high-volume recruiting, especially in blue-collar, gig-worker, or field hiring contexts.
• Strong ability to network at the grassroots level and source candidates effectively within local communities.
