We are looking for a meticulous Cannabis Product Data Analyst to join our Distribution team, who thrives on handling data accurately and ensuring product details remain consistent from arrival through distribution.
Position Summary
This role is vital for maintaining precise product information, batch documentation, and compliance records for cannabis products distributed across Arizona. Collaborating closely with Receiving, Processing, Compliance departments, and external vendors, you will verify product data, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and regulatory documents to ensure full compliance with state regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records concerning cannabis product batches, their ingredients, and additives.
- Examine and confirm Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for completeness and adherence to compliance standards.
- Validate product details and accompanying documents related to vendor invoices.
- Work alongside the Receiving team to ensure necessary QR code labeling and compliance requirements are met.
- Coordinate with Processing and Compliance teams to preserve accurate product data throughout the distribution workflow.
- Engage with vendors to secure any missing documentation and resolve inconsistencies.
- Help manage product master data within internal systems.
- Conduct routine audits of batch records and compliance materials.
- Identify and report documentation or compliance issues to leadership.
- Keep organized documentation for regulatory reviews and internal audits.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel.
- Experienced in precise data entry and maintaining records.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience within the cannabis industry.
- Familiarity with cannabis compliance documentation.
- Experience using systems like Dutchie and Confident Cannabis.
- Knowledge of cannabis product testing, batch tracking, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs).

Additional Details
Pay rate ranges from $18 to $20 per hour. Work schedule is Monday through Friday but may vary based on business needs.
